Job description
The Supervisor, NPI Management, is responsible for the tactical and operational oversight of NPI Managers in planning, managing, and delivering product development projects under the supervision of the Director. This introductory leadership role requires demonstrated effectiveness as a team leader, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience in product development. The Supervisor, NPI Management will collaborate with their direct reports, interdisciplinary product development team members, and communicate directly with Executive Management.
