Job Description – Manager / Senior Manager – Plant Maintenance Location: Kolkata Department: Plant Maintenance Experience: 10–15 Years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Salary: Upto 1,20,000 per month Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Plant Maintenance to lead maintenance operations for crusher and mineral processing plants.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance, reliability engineering, and heavy industrial equipment. Experience with a reputed OEM will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Lead maintenance operations for crusher plants, mineral processing plants, quarry operations, or cement plants. Ensure maximum plant availability through preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance. Drive reliability improvement initiatives including RCFA, RCM, TPM, and Lean Maintenance. Manage maintenance of crushers, vibrating screens, conveyors, hydraulic systems, gearboxes, bearings, and lubrication systems.

Implement condition monitoring techniques such as Vibration Analysis and Thermography. Plan and monitor maintenance activities using SAP/ERP/CMMS. Manage spare parts planning, maintenance budgets, inventory, and documentation. Coordinate maintenance activities across multiple branch locations and support branch teams.

Monitor KPIs, conduct audits, and collaborate with Sales, Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR. Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory regulations. Preferred Industry Experience Crusher Plants Mineral Processing Plants Mining Industry Quarry Operations Cement Plants Heavy Engineering / OEMs (Mining, Crushing, Screening, Construction Equipment) Requirements Plant Maintenance Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Breakdown Maintenance RCFA, RCM, TPM & Lean Maintenance SAP / ERP / CMMS Vibration Analysis & Thermography Hydraulic Systems, Mechanical Drives, Gearboxes, Bearings & Lubrication Welding & Fabrication Candidate Profile B.

E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. 10–15 years of relevant maintenance experience. Minimum 5 years in a managerial/leadership role. Strong leadership, analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. OEM experience in mining, crushing, screening, or heavy equipment is preferred. Medically fit and willing to undergo a pre-employment medical examination.
