About the Role

Partner Development Manager at our organization would likely be responsible for supporting the broader partner development strategy and working with a specific set of partners. The role would focus on learning and contributing to the growth and success of these partnerships. Partner Relationship Management Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned partners.

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships based on trust and mutual benefit. Facilitate communication and resolve partner inquiries. Partner Enablement Assist in the development and delivery of training and resources to help partners understand solutions and effectively go to market. Support partner onboarding activities.

Help partners navigate partner programs and processes. Go-to-Market (GTM) Support Contribute to the development and execution of joint GTM initiatives with partners. Support the creation of marketing materials and sales enablement tools. Assist in the coordination of joint events and activities. Performance Monitoring and Reporting Track partner performance against key metrics.

Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities. Contribute to regular reporting on partner activities and progress. Internal Collaboration Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and services, to align partner activities with overall business strategy. Advocate for the needs of assigned partners within the organization.

Market Research and Analysis Conduct research to identify potential new partners or growth opportunities within existing partnerships. Stay up to date on industry trends and the competitive landscape. Product Integration & Localization Enablement Drive product integration initiatives between solutions and partner offerings in collaboration with partners, Product Management, and Engineering teams.

Represent Japan-specific requirements, including payroll regulations, labor compliance, and time management practices, within the global product organization. Support partners through integration design, roadmap alignment, and deployment readiness.

Requirements

Typically 5 years or more of professional experience in areas such as partner management, business development, sales, account management, or a related field within the technology industry (SaaS experience is often a plus). Some experience working with or for technology partners would be beneficial. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Analytical Skills: Analyze data and draw insights. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.

Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Learning Agility: Eagerness to learn about our solutions, partner programs, and the broader ecosystem. Technical Aptitude: Comfort with technology and understanding of SaaS concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM tools (e.
