Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and emergency medical treatment to injured or ill workers on-site.2. Conduct health assessments and screenings for site workers3. Maintain accurate medical records and incident reports4. Develop and implement health and safety protocols in collaboration with site management5. Promote health awareness and conduct health and safety training sessions.6. Coordinate with external medical facilities if specialist care is required7. Monitor the overall health and well-being of workers to prevent occupational illnesses8. Ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance and other relevant regulations Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Nursing or equivalent2. Minimum 2 years of nursing experience3. Registered/Enrolled Nurse qualification with valid registration with the Hong Kong Nursing Council is a must4. Relevant experience in industrial, construction, or occupational health nursing is preferred5. Additional certifications in First Aid, CPR, and occupational health will be an advantage6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills7. Ability to work under pressure and respond swiftly in emergency situations8. Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures9.
