The Shop Flex position is a versatile role responsible for supporting multiple production operations within the Cantrell-Gainco manufacturing facility. This individual will work across sand blasting, press brake operation, CNC, and final assembly areas to help produce high-quality custom food-processing equipment. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and skilled in using a variety of tools and machines to meet production schedules and quality standards.
