Embroidery Lead, Digitization

You’ll lead day-to-day garment decoration production, mentoring and delegating work to Garment Decoration Clerks while upholding department standards for quality, accuracy, and safety. You’ll operate and troubleshoot embroidery, and direct-to-film transfer equipment, perform regular quality checks, and keep the production area clean and organized.

On the digitizing side, you’ll create and prepare artwork for embroidery using tools such as Wilcom, Photoshop, and Illustrator, selecting stitch types, density, and underlay appropriate to each fabric and design. You’ll run test samples, refine files based on results and feedback, and produce mock-ups for customer review and Trademarks & Licensing approvals.
