As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play a vital role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly, ensuring chefs have the clean equipment and organised workspace they need to deliver exceptional food and service. Your Responsibilities

As a Kitchen Porter, your duties will include, but are not be limited to: Washing cutlery, crockery, glassware, and kitchen utensils using industrial dishwashers. Cleaning pots, pans, and larger kitchen equipment by hand or using commercial washing equipment. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout all kitchen and food preparation areas.

Assisting chefs by ensuring clean equipment is always available during busy service periods. Carrying out cleaning and sanitising procedures before, during, and after service. Removing waste and recycling in line with health and safety procedures. Keeping floors, work surfaces, storage areas, and kitchen equipment clean and hazard-free.

Supporting the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during high-volume events. Following all food hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures at all times.

What We're Looking For

Reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic. Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment. Happy to take initiative and support the kitchen wherever needed. Committed to maintaining excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards. Previous experience is welcome but not essential. If you have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and enjoy working as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.

Essential Requirements Right to live and work in the UK. Good written and spoken English. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days.
