This position requires strong strategic thinking, execution excellence, and influence across stakeholders. Drive HR-related work streams for corporate Vision Roadmap planning and execution, in collaboration with the Chief of Staff and leadership teams. Lead the design and execution of DI&B strategies, enhancing a workplace where all employees feel included, respected, and empowered to thrive. Build and implement people leadership development programs that strengthen people management capability across all levels, especially first-line and mid-level managers.
Promote cross-functional mobility and global assignments, improving organizational agility and individual growth through strategic career opportunities. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and other functions to develop workforce plans and address future capability gaps through targeted hiring, reskilling, or redeployment initiatives.
Facilitate succession planning by identifying and developing high-potential talent for key roles, conducting talent reviews, and ensuring a strong leadership pipeline. Champion culture transformation initiatives, moving the organization from a “Nice” culture to a “Winning” culture—where constructive feedback, challenge, and high performance are encouraged in a psychologically safe environment.
Leverage people analytics and employee survey data to derive insights and actions that enhance employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and inclusiveness.
