Transmission Construction Superintendent

The Transmission Construction Superintendent is a senior field leader responsible for running and growing the construction, maintenance, and repair of high-voltage transmission systems. This role combines hands-on crew supervision with strategic project execution, ensuring all transmission operations are performed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

The Superintendent serves as the key link between field crews, engineering teams, project managers, and stakeholders, driving operational excellence and system reliability across Electra Grid Solutions’ transmission network. This position requires frequent travel mainly in the LA/TX area to project sites across the service territory and may involve extended stays in the field.
