We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the product team of a fast‑growing tech company leading its category in Southern Europe . With millions of active users and a strong product‑led culture, the company is entering an exciting new phase of international expansion and product scaling. In this role, you will shape the end‑to‑end discovery and browsing experience within a large‑scale marketplace, driving impact through intuitive, engaging, and scalable design solutions.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to elevate the user experience and contribute to the evolution of a platform used daily by millions. What You’ll Do Partner with Product, Research, Data, Engineering, and Operations to define and prioritize design initiatives that align with business goals. Contribute to product roadmaps and bring strategic design perspective to decision-making.
Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable design solutions. Lead medium-to-complex design projects across their full lifecycle—from early discovery and concept definition to polished UI delivery and specifications. Design experiences that enhance exploration, personalization, and product discovery across platforms.
Communicate design decisions clearly and effectively to cross-functional stakeholders. Develop scalable design frameworks, patterns, and systems that ensure consistency throughout the product ecosystem. Mentor teammates and contribute to elevating design practices across the organization. Advocate for user-centered thinking and contribute to the evolution of UX standards and processes.
What We’re Looking For Strong background designing mobile-first digital products—preferably in marketplaces, ecommerce, or similarly complex environments. Ability to connect user needs with business objectives and solve complex problems with clarity and intention. Experience or interest in designing discovery, recommendation, and exploration experiences.
Comfortable aligning diverse stakeholders and facilitating collaboration. Experience building scalable systems, frameworks, or modular design solutions. Data-informed mindset, leveraging research and analytics to validate decisions. Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools. High level of written and spoken English and Spanish.
