Job description
Overall responsible for In-process Quality (Assembly Process) inspection activities. Nonconformity parts analysis activities, including sub-assembly parts and supplier interactions for cause analysis using problem-solving tools. Summarize NC data by category (using the 4M method) and update in the SAP system accordingly.
Implementing appropriate corrective and preventive actions on identified problems in collaboration with the cross-functional team (CFT) and ensuring effective closure of nonconformities. Provide support for DFMEA, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, Customer audit and new product development reviews. Decision making regarding the disposal of nonconforming parts and products.
Continual improvement activities such as standardization etc., Support for quality promotional activities, including quality circle projects and other improvement initiatives. To provide feedback of NC analysis to respective functions on the effectiveness of their corrective actions, along with periodic communication.
Review daily top concerns with the CFT and ensure effective closure of issues. Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions taken, track planned actions, and verify their effectiveness.

- Core experience in Quality functions Knowledge on G8D techniques, Core Tools & QC tools
- Knowledge on IATF: 16949 requirements
- Presentation / Leadership Skills Should have hands on experience in resolving internal and external quality complaints
