Hotel Operations Supervisor - Residence Inn Boston Concord

Residence Inn Boston Concord, a Colwen Hotels property, is seeking an engaging, friendly and detail-oriented Hotel Operations Supervisor to support the Front Desk and Housekeeping operations of the Hotel. In this role you will focus on training, supervising, and scheduling of the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams. In addition, you will provide support to the Hotel Manager with administrative duties, act as MOD, and respond to guest request and issues in the absence of a manager.

This role is hands on and will function as a Front Desk Agent and Housekeeper as needed.
