Job description
Creates a level of support and communication between the Commercial Lines production staff and insurance buyer by performing all defined client services for each defined agency book of business category, including but not limited to quoting, creating proposals, service timelines, stewardship reports, and providing customer support as necessary.
Ensure the retention of commercial client portfolio by working with advisors to create appropriate solutions and discovering and executing ways to deepen the relationship.
