Job Summary
The Senior Quality Control Manager (QCM) is responsible for the overall administration, implementation, and continuous execution of the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Program for complex U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and Defense Health Agency (DHA) healthcare construction projects. The QCM serves as the Contractor's primary authority for quality management and for ensuring all work complies with contract requirements, approved submittals, project specifications, applicable codes, and USACE quality management procedures.
The QCM provides leadership across all phases of construction, integrating quality control into project execution, testing, turnover, and final acceptance while serving as the principal liaison with Government Quality Assurance Representatives
