Nursing Care Coordinator I - LVN (Modesto Women's)

Under the supervision of the Nursing Care Coordinator II - RN, the Nursing Care Coordinator I - LVN is responsible for on-site nursing care and administrative tasks related to patient health, patient education, and Medical Assistant training. RN Nursing Supervisors will also be responsible for patient triages.

Schedule is Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
