We are seeking a Service. Now Engineering Leader to own and evolve our enterprise Service. Now platforms spanning IT Service Management (ITSM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Security Operations, CMDB, and CSDM. This role is designed for an engineering leader with deep platform, integration, and administration experience across the Service.
Now ecosystem. The environment is complex and operates at enterprise scale across multiple locations, with significant workflow customization and enterprise integrations that require strong engineering judgment alongside hands-on administration capability.
