Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner ** Per diem - On-call as needed position**

This is on call as needed position within business hours Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. This position requires current California licensure as a Nurse Practitioner; valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate and current license to practice medicine in California with no disciplinary actions, as specified by MediCal/Medicare. One or more years of experience in the specialty field of psychiatric nursing.

The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) will support nursing and physician staff while providing direct clinical services to patients on a wide spectrum of psychiatric issues, including medication management, therapy and facilitating groups. The PMHNP will conduct client care in accordance with Momentum’s Standardized Procedures as detailed below.
