We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Pre-Construction & Amenity Specialist to join our Simply. Dwell Homes team. In this role, you’ll help support the successful delivery of new communities and amenity centers by coordinating pre-construction activities, maintaining budgets and scopes of work, tracking schedules, and collaborating with multiple departments and trade partners.
