Your Role

As a Premium Hospitality Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards while leading your team throughout each event.

Your responsibilities

👥 Supervising and motivating hospitality staff across premium lounges, suites and VIP areas. 🍽️ Leading pre-service briefings and ensuring the team is fully prepared for service. ⭐ Delivering exceptional guest experiences and resolving customer queries professionally. 📋 Allocating sections and managing staff throughout service to ensure smooth operations.

🤝 Supporting, coaching and developing team members to maintain the highest service standards. 🥂 Overseeing food and beverage service, ensuring consistency and attention to detail. 🧹 Ensuring hospitality areas remain clean, organised and presentation-ready throughout events. ✅ Maintaining compliance with food hygiene, health & safety and venue procedures.

📞 Acting as the key point of contact between the venue management team and hospitality staff during service.

What We're Looking For

Previous supervisory experience within hospitality, events or premium service environments. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
