Salary Range: $72,500 - $87,500 annually
The Business Development Manager is responsible for overseeing, implementing, managing, and coordinating new services and personnel under the advisement of the CEO. The Business Development Manager oversees ongoing development and implementation of services, markets and builds client base, monitors progress, evaluates new service performance, including the performance of their team members. The Business Development Manager’s oversight and leadership ensures services received by clients exemplify Adjoin’s vision, values and meet standards of quality, safety, satisfaction, and accessibility.
