Maintenance Technician II - 550 Harborfront

Salary range: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour, plus potential bonus. Holland is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented team player to join our maintenance team at our established community, 550 Harborfront, in San Pedro, California. The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to ensure all physical aspects of the property are maintained to meet company set standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality.
