Employer Liaison and Job Coach

The Job Developer works collaboratively with the entire WorkBC team within the strategic objectives of PCRS to ensure the provision, coordination and exceptional delivery of the WorkBC program. The Job Developer plays a key role in helping all participants find sustainable employment and works towards increasing employment outcomes by developing connections with a variety of employers. The Job Developer promotes and encourages inclusive hiring practices with employers.

Using a participant-centred, non-judgmental, strength-based approach, this role is varied, allowing for creative solutions to helping employers find the right employee to meet their employment needs.
