ACG_3711_JOB Our client is a top-notch manufacturing company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Ensure compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures. Maintain strong relationships with key customers while identifying opportunities to expand the customer base. Conduct employee training or ensure that departmental employees receive appropriate training to maintain compliance with the quality management system.
Maintain all departmental documentation relating to the quality management system. Ensure that employees are properly trained and competent in performing their assigned duties. Conduct contract reviews to confirm compliance with quality management system requirements. Prepare quotations and sales orders, and plan and execute production orders based on customer requests.
Monitor production progress and revise production plans when necessary. Ensure that products are delivered to customers on schedule. Coordinate with relevant departments to determine capacity requirements relating to manpower, equipment, and materials. Collaborate with the Quality Department in developing and implementing quality plans.
Ensure effective communication between departmental employees and all functions involved in product manufacturing and delivery. Maintain records and control all documentation relating to quotations and sales orders. Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
College diploma, bachelor’s degree, higher qualification, or an equivalent credential. Knowledge of the oil and gas industry is preferred. Previous customer service experience, together with relevant manufacturing knowledge, is preferred. Ability to build trust and confidence with management. Good proficiency in all four English skills. Proficiency in ERP software.
