Human Resources Representative: Responsible for stabilizing, improving, and automating HR operations across the Americas. This role thrives in environments where processes are incomplete, inconsistent, undocumented, or heavily manual. Working across onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, employee lifecycle management, and offboarding, the successful candidate will map current-state workflows, identify inefficiencies, design scalable solutions, and leverage HRIS platforms, Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot, and related technologies to create a modern, efficient HR function.
