Job description
Job Title: Maintenance Manager Reports to: Lodge Manager Level: Salaried Schedule: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation, or as per manager’s discretion and business needs
Scope: Responsible for the maintenance performance, facility condition, and regulatory compliance of an assigned portfolio of lodge locations — leading site maintenance teams, owning the maintenance budget, and managing preventive maintenance programs, capital projects, and contractor performance.
