Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the job

• Assign job to operators and maintain the Daily Assembly Report
• Responsible for Man power & Machine planning, Utilisation and Assembly line TAKT Efficiency
• Schedule Assembly sequence to meet OTS Targets
• Co-ordinate for On the job training for New and Existing operators
• Responsible for maintaining the 5S in Shop floor
• Analysis and Improvement in PDI Reworks
• Responsible for ensuring proper handling material in the shop floor
• Maintain Inventory accuracy in Assembly shop Hands on experience in implementing SOP, Poka-yoke, Kaizen and Abnormality management. Knowledge of vehicle systems (Technical know-how of the products) Requirements Experience 4-6 years Industry Preferred EV / Automotive / Auto Ancillary Qualifications B.E/B. Tech –Mechanical/Automobile General Requirements SAP – PP / MM Module knowledge MS Office
