Mission Hill Family Estate is seeking an Assistant Guest Experience Manager to help lead the daily execution of our guest-facing winery experiences in West Kelowna. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality leader who thrives in a premium, high-volume estate environment and is passionate about delivering memorable moments for guests, members, and visitors.

In this role, you will support the leadership of the Guest Experience team, oversee reservation and experience execution, coach team members, contribute to sales and revenue goals, and partner across departments to ensure Mission Hill experiences are thoughtfully planned, efficiently delivered, and aligned with estate and company standards.
