Position Overview
We are seeking a well-rounded Project Manager with 7+ years of construction project management experience managing high-end custom residential projects. This individual will play a key role in coordinating with homeowners, superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure luxury residential projects are delivered successfully.
The ideal candidate will have either: A strong background managing high-end custom home (Plantation-style) projects with exceptional client-facing skills and the personality to work directly with discerning homeowners, or Proven project management experience overseeing K-12 construction projects. This role requires an organized, client-focused professional who can balance construction execution with outstanding relationship management while delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage high-end custom residential construction projects from pre construction through completion Coordinate closely with homeowners, architects, designers, superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards Work collaboratively with field teams throughout all phases of construction Ensure clear, proactive communication between all stakeholders Monitor project progress and resolve issues before they impact schedule or budget Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction Build strong relationships with homeowners through professional, responsive communication Requirements 7+ years of construction project management experience Experience managing high-end custom residential construction projects preferred Candidates with strong K-12 construction project management experience will also be considered.
Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to work directly with homeowners and manage expectations Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project execution Experience coordinating with architects, designers, and subcontractors Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with construction management software and project tracking tools (e.
