Job description
Responsible for the accounting and financial reporting for one or more functional areas: fixed assets, cash and revenue reconciliation, property operating expenses (including the prepaid or accruals associated with those expenses), with emphasis on GL account analysis, journal entries and account reconciliations in accordance with U.
S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), SOX requirements and Company policy.
