Job Description: Resident Assistant
Position Summary
The Resident Assistant is responsible for assuring that residents' needs are being met in a safe, secure, and clean environment while exhibiting core values - Service, Integrity, Dignity, Excellence, and Teamwork. Primary Responsibilities: • Understands and agrees with Sodalis Senior Living philosophy and goal to maintain, improve and/or enhance each resident's quality or care and quality of life. • Provides direct care and activities of daily living to residents. These tasks can include, but are not limited to: Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Toileting and Engagement.
