Supported Employment Specialist, IPS Specialist

The Supported Employment Specialist provides community-based services under the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model of evidence-based supported employment to help those who live with mental/behavioral health conditions obtain and maintain employment consistent with their specific vocational goals. They carry out all phases of employment service, including engagement, assessment, job placement, job coaching, and follow-along supports.
