Managing Director, Senior Program Counsel - Risk & Compliance

Assists the Chief Program Counsel in providing legal advice, guidance to foundation executives, leaders, management and staff on all legal matters of the foundation including but not limited to, contracts, corporate and governance matters, private operating foundation tax requirements, applicable licensing, accreditation, and regulatory issues, intellectual property, real estate, insurance, privacy and information security, employment issues and litigation.
