Job description
The On the Job Trainer (OJT) Trainer will be responsible for training, mentoring and coaching Production Team Members. The goal of the trainer is to help new employees get acclimated to the company, deliver on-the-job training to set them up for job success and provide coaching to existing employees that have areas of opportunity.
This role will support and drive participation of training activities at the facility. A successful candidate in this role will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, enjoys problem solving, and will have a passion around training and developing others.
