Job description
Oversee and manage the implementation of plant maintenance, machine maintenance, and preventative maintenance program utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) system. Improve on the current system to remove any inefficiencies and cost deterrents. Use the data within the CMMS to develop and justify cost saving opportunities and improve equipment performance.
Identify, source and work with outside vendors. Comply with Environmental/Safety Equipment/facility requirements and regulations. Develop and drive Continuous Improvement projects (TPI3) to bolster the maintenance system. Lead, motivate, mentor and direct activities of maintenance staff.
