Oracle Cloud ERP Security Consultant Experience: 3–8 Years Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune, Bengaluru & Gurgaon(Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Security Consultant to design, implement, and manage security and role-based access controls in Oracle Cloud ERP environments.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with user provisioning, role design, audit compliance, and security best practices across Oracle Cloud ERP modules.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and manage security roles, data access, and user provisioning in Oracle Cloud ERP. Define and maintain role-based access controls (RBAC) ensuring segregation of duties (SoD). Support implementation and upgrade projects with Oracle Cloud ERP security requirements. Collaborate with functional/technical teams to resolve access and security-related issues.
Perform security assessments, audits, and remediation to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. Document security processes, configurations, and user access controls. Mandatory Skills: Strong experience in Oracle Cloud ERP Security (roles, privileges, duty roles, job roles). Hands-on with user provisioning and access management.
Good understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and compliance frameworks. Experience in supporting ERP implementation/rollout projects. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Preferred/Secondary Skills: Knowledge of Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC). Familiarity with ITGC and SOX compliance. Exposure to Oracle HCM security.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
