Job description

Business Unit: BU Air & Ocean Business Line: BL Intermodal Systems Target Hire Date: 2025-07-31 What You Can Expect : Manage all aspects of HR operations including recruitment activities. Ensure HR process is compliance with company policies/guidelines and local legislation as well as updating employee handbook. Manage employee life cycle, facilitate new employee onboarding to offboarding process.

Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data. Administer end to end payroll and benefits reimbursement process. Act as a trusted advisor to Line Manager & employee on HR-related matters, address employee enquiries and provide guidance to them i.e.performance management, employee benefits, HR policies, etc. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) team in APAC to ensure HR related matters are successfully coordinated to meet business requirements.

Providing induction program for new employees and create professional development opportunities for employees ready for career advancement Attending to HR related inquiries from both internal and external parties Create a welcoming environment for all employees and implement successful Buddy program for new hires Update HR information system Manage Employee profile and personal filing Preparing monthly RAST (Rhenus Accident Statistics Tools) data and report /support any HR accidents cases to management Updating the organisation chart and telephone list Company Event & Activities organization Collaborating with HR departments in other countries to manage the offshore staff of RLKR Providing support on all regional HR projects, including implementation and follow-up actions and all kinds of reports Ensure employees compliance with all company policies and local laws and regulations Ensuring the organisation adheres to labour and employment laws Facilitate Rhenus Values & Vision – Rhenus excellence Establish relationships with all employees in a professional, trustworthy, and open manner Encourage employee communication with HR Support all activities for company labour council Facilitate communication between management/department heads and employees Support Hotel/Local transportation bookings for business trips of employees Preparing and implementing the annual training plan including mandatory social trainings and designing training components that meets the training needs of the workforce Manage training recording and after-training evaluations Prepare and support Probation evaluations, Performance assessment process (PIP), and Performance assessment (PA) Manage and support employee promotions process and paperwork Preparing and updating company policies and oversee employee compensation & benefits program Prepare and support HR cost and benefit program, salary increment, bonus, benefit cost, etc.

Payroll paperwork by collaboration with outsourcing agency Annual Leave monitoring & management in HRIS (Workday and BIPO) OT monitoring / management Monitor and ISO/AEO implementation support for HR Support yearly fire evacuation exercise Support GA Task and IT Support for PC set up or reset Performing any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned Ensure HR activities are compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Support HR audits process and mitigate risks related to HR activities. Support HR projects/initiatives as assigned. What You Bring: Excellent organisation skills with attention to detail Excellent English communication skill Experience HR Workday system is advantage Ability to work independently and multi-task with good time management skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Fast learner and meticulous Good team player Proactive and disciplined 4 Years University Graduate Diploma or equivalent 3-5 years’ relevant experience in HR function Knowledgeable in local labour law
