Senior Employee Success Specialist (Employee Relations)

Acuity is seeking a Senior Employee Success Specialist to partner with department leaders and managers to facilitate employee relations matters, including performance management, recordkeeping, employee engagement initiatives, investigations, and terminations. In collaboration with Talent Acquisition colleagues, this role serves as a strategic HR business partner, while also working closely with Learning & Development and the Benefits team as needed, along with supporting additional responsibilities as assigned.
