Sustainability Workshop Global Deployment Intern We are currently deploying globally a workshop on climate change awareness and action. To help us, we are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic intern, curious about the intersection of Learning & Development with Sustainability.
In this role, you will help update and maintain deployment metrics, working with an international network of volunteers and stakeholders. You will be integrated into a multifunctional team from your very first day on the job and work on multiple projects A mentor, manager or team leader with technical mastery in your area of study will give you best assistance, guiding you through your period of practical training with experience and advice.
Responsibilities
Maintain participant, facilitator, and deployment tracking records, ensuring data accuracy Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration, course enrollments, completion tracking Support registrations and participant communications for virtual and in-person sessions Help draft communication materials – e-mail campaigns, internal posts, videos - if needed Provide general administrative assistance to the team Requirements: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Excellent organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Can work individually and in teams. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Copilot) and eagerness to learn LMS platforms. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in HR, Education, Communication, or related fields.

The monthly compensation for the internship program is 4,444 RON gross. This amount is fixed and applies uniformly to all full-time internship roles within the GBS Internship Program.
