Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing social media content plans across key platforms Create engaging, on-brand content including text, images, and short-form videos using tools like Canva or Adobe Express Schedule and publish content using social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) Monitor audience interactions and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, and follower growth Support the business development team with digital campaign coordination and promotional activities Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices
