Job Description: Responsibilities
- Consult customers to understand pest issues and determine scope
- Resolve customer pest issues
- Apply pesticide or product as directed
- Remove cobwebs around perimeter of home
- Set and remove traps as needed
- Provide service notes to clients using Pest. Pac
- Follow daily route to ensure services are completed efficiently
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations
- Sell new services to existing clients
- Close leads as directed from the sales team and branch manager
- Provide updates to branch manager as needed
- Other duties as assigned Qualifications
- 21 years of age
- A high school diploma or G.E.D.
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to read label and follow directions
- Basic use of a Smart Phone
- Enthusiasm for exceptional customer service
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Solid attention to detail
- Availability to work a flexible schedule (between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.)
- Availability to work some weekends
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, and background check
- The ability to meet the physical demands of the job; walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, lifting & carrying up to 40 lbs.
