You will develop standardized workflows for software repository intake and analysis, dependency extraction, build issue diagnosis, and automated technical documentation generation. In doing so, you will combine prompts, retrieval processes, tool integrations, and evaluation logic into repeatable engineering patterns suitable for complex enterprise environments.

You will create workflow accelerators for service mapping, control-plane analysis, and cross-component dependency views. In addition, you will define quality standards for AI-generated outputs and ensure traceability, explainability, approval points, and human-in-the-loop controls. Working closely with the technical PMO and work-package leads, you will produce structured evidence packs that provide transparency around technical decisions, risks, and transition readiness.

In this way, you will improve the efficiency of technical due diligence activities without compromising quality, auditability, or confidentiality. Must-Have Skills At least five years of professional experience in software engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, or a comparable technical environment Very good knowledge of Python, APIs, developer tooling, and workflow orchestration Practical experience with production AI systems, particularly retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, and prompt workflows Experience with evaluation processes, observability, and quality assurance for AI-assisted applications Knowledge of agent and workflow frameworks such as Lang.

Graph, OpenAI Agents SDK, Auto. Gen, CrewAI, or Llama. Index Workflows Experience with structured retries, fallback logic, tool integration, and human-in-the-loop processes Ability to translate technical findings into concise documentation, evidence packs, and decision-support materials Experience working across software, DevOps, and documentation boundaries Analytical and structured working style in complex and ambiguous technical environments Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Open.

Stack or comparable modular cloud platforms Knowledge of Open. Stack-based service architectures and control-plane components Experience with CI/CD systems, build pipelines, and technical integration processes Knowledge of vector databases, retrieval layers, and service wrappers Experience with architecture metadata, test outputs, and service dependency graphs Knowledge of automated repository analysis and dependency extraction Experience with technical due diligence or software handover projects Understanding of auditability, information security, and confidential development environments What You Can Expect You can expect a challenging role at the intersection of software engineering, artificial intelligence, DevOps, and technical due diligence.

You will develop reusable AI-assisted workflows that standardize and accelerate technical analysis across multiple repositories, teams, and work packages. You will work with modern agent and orchestration frameworks, retrieval technologies, developer tools, and automated evaluation methods. You will make a significant contribution to the traceable analysis, documentation, and transition of complex cloud software platforms while creating reusable solutions for future technical assessments.
