HSM is seeking a dedicated Wire Drawing Operator to join our 3rd shift team (6PM-6AM on a rotating schedule) at the Conover Wire Drawing plant. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining wire drawing machines to meet production schedules and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include
loading rod coils, running machines efficiently, conducting regular quality inspections, and completing accurate inventory paperwork.
