Director of Health Information Management, Full-Time (On-Site)

The Director of HIM: Manage, coordinate, and administer the activities of the Health Information Management Department. Engaged in the analysis, compilation, retrieval, indexing, and filing of patient’s permanent Health Information/Medical Record.  Preparation of related statistical reports, and the release of health information to authorized personnel and agencies.
