Payments BSA (Payments Domain, High Value Payments or Real Time Payments , API ,. Bulk transfer , Sanctions , ESS) Toronto, ON
- Hybrid (4 Days WFO) Operations UI BSA UI BA & BSA Capabilities
- 5+ years BA/BSA experience in Agile environment
- Manage end-to-end requirements from elicitation through delivery
- Gather requirements from multiple non-technical business and operations stakeholders
- Create process maps (as-is and to-be) and gap analysis
- Translate complex business processes and requirements into clear functional and UI user stories
- Communicate functional and UI requirements to technical and UXD team
- Write functional and UI requirements that developers can execute independently
- Control scope and prioritize requirements Domain Knowledge: SWIFT & Payments
- Deep knowledge of SWIFT ISO 20022 MX message standards (pain.001, pain.002, pacs.002, pacs.004, pacs.008, pacs.009)
- Understand payment flows: instructed, instructing, intermediary, and cover payments
- Understand Domestic vs Cross-border payment processing
- Know exception handling and remediation processes in high-value payments operations
- Understand common payment exceptions (failed validations, sanctions hits, format rejections, duplicates, timeouts, etc) Payments Operations Experience
- Working experience in high-value payments operations or payments transformation projects and gathered requirements
- Experience identifying operational pain points and converting them into requirements AI & Model Tools
- Hands-on experience in using AI tools (GitHub, Copilot) to assist with requirements documentation and analysis
