Right now, we’re looking for a skilled Kubernetes Platform Administrator to support the installation, administration, evolution, and automation of services within an existing platform environment. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Azure, Open. Shift Container Platform (OCP), Kubernetes, CI/CD, and platform observability.
The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid delivery model, collaborating closely with infrastructure providers and internal teams to ensure platform reliability, security, and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities
- Install, administer, and evolve products and services within an existing platform environment
- Monitor and maintain Open. Shift clusters, including: o Quotas o Resource limits o Upgrades o Lifecycle management
- Automate platform operations using Operators (OLM)
- Manage RBAC and integration with Active Directory / LDAP
- Configure and maintain Security Context Constraints (SCCs)
- Support and improve CI/CD pipelines using Git. Ops and Argo CD
- Work with Service Mesh technologies, such as Istio
- Maintain and evolve the service catalogue using: o Templates o Helm Charts
- Implement and support observability solutions with: o Prometheus o Grafana
- Analyse logs and troubleshoot issues using Elasticsearch
- Act as a technical interface with the infrastructure provider
- Contribute to platform stability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement You must have:
- Strong experience in Azure administration
- Practical knowledge of Kubernetes and/or Open. Shift
- Experience with Git. Ops methodologies and Argo CD
- Hands-on knowledge of Helm, Operators, and platform automation
- Familiarity with RBAC, LDAP/AD integration, and security hardening
- Solid understanding of monitoring and logging tools
- Ability to work in a structured 2-week sprint delivery model
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
- Fluency in Portuguese and English Mandatory certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert We value:
