岗位职责 / Duties: 1.Team Leadership & Training: -Supervise, train, and develop a team of baristas to ensure high-quality coffee preparation and customer service. -Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure team members meet operational standards. Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
2.Barista Operations: -Oversee daily barista operations, including preparing coffee, tea, and other beverages with precision and consistency. -Ensure that all drinks are made according to standards, maintaining quality control at all times. -Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper sanitation practices.
3.Inventory Management: -Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other essential supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate and orders are placed on time. -Monitor waste levels and implement cost-effective strategies for minimizing waste and maximizing product usage
4.Health & Safety Compliance: -Adhere to and enforce company safety, hygiene, and health standards. -Ensure barista equipment is regularly maintained and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
