Job Title: Automotive Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Clerk Pay: $32.00 per hour+ Job Type: Full-Time Location: Capitol Nissan Infiniti – San Jose, CA Automotive AP/AR Clerk Capitol Nissan Infiniti is looking for an experienced Automotive Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our accounting team.

& Benefits $32.00 per hour+ DOE Full-time position Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Employee discounts Stable, established dealership Career growth opportunities Responsibilities Process dealership accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Post payments and deposits accurately Process invoices and maintain vendor files Prepare and process customer refunds Reconcile schedules and general ledger accounts Assist with month-end closing procedures Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation Work closely with management and other dealership departments Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Automotive dealership accounting experience is required CDK Drive experience is required Previous AP/AR experience required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Excellent communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Why Capitol Nissan Infiniti?
