Summary: The Program Coordinator plays a vital role in the successful implementation and management of company programs within the assigned region. This position is responsible for executing programs in alignment with strategic objectives, budgetary constraints, and established timelines. Responsibilities

Implement company programs within the region in accordance with approved timelines and budget. Monitor and appraise program delivery to ensure maximum effectiveness, reach, and impact. Manage the procurement, printing, tracking, and distribution of program kits to maintain quality and availability. Coordinate with the programs team, attend meetings, and provide timely support and updates.

Identify potential risks or issues affecting program implementation and resolve or escalate as needed. Maintain clear and consistent communication across all program activities and stakeholders. Stay informed on emerging trends and innovations to enhance program delivery and outcomes. Ensure all program communications, events, and partnerships align with the company’s brand strategy.
