Job description
The HR Director provides strategic and operational leadership for View. Sonic's Human Resources function, partnering closely with executive leadership to align people strategies with business objectives. This role oversees HR programs across talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, HRIS, organizational development, compliance, workforce planning, employee engagement, and HR operations.
The HR Director also provides oversight of Facilities Administration, including office services, non-product purchasing, building management, lease coordination, vendor management, security, and reception services.
