Responsibilities

Deliver structured and interactive Hindi language instruction aligned with curriculum standards for Grades 3–6. Develop and implement lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment tools tailored to diverse learning needs. Monitor and evaluate student progress through regular assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.

Provide individualized academic support and remedial guidance to enhance learning outcomes. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, assignments, and student development. Collaborate with teaching staff to align instructional strategies and support holistic student growth. Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and community engagement initiatives.

Contribute to curriculum development, resource preparation, and documentation as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent with a specialisation in Hindi or Language Education. Minimum of 5 years of proven teaching experience in primary education, preferably in Hindi language instruction. Strong command of Hindi language (written and spoken), including grammar, literature, and pedagogical techniques.

Demonstrated ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles. Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital tools for lesson planning, record-keeping, and communication. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills. Commitment to inclusive education, student well-being, and professional development.
